Every clinical decision remains the responsibility of the professional in charge of the animal. The AI assistant is supervised by a veterinarian to ensure adherence to the editorial catalogue.

Is Helix a veterinary service?＋
No. Helix is an editorial and educational platform. It provides scientific content, learning paths and an AI assistant supervised by a veterinarian, but it does not perform diagnosis, prescriptions or clinical consulting on individual cases.
Who supervises the AI assistant?＋
A named licensed veterinarian oversees the editorial catalogue on which the AI is grounded and the boundaries within which it is allowed to respond. The name, registration and jurisdiction are disclosed on the About page.
How long is the free trial?＋
14 days. No credit card required. At the end you decide whether to continue with a paid plan.
Can I cancel any time?＋
Yes. One click from your account. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Your personal work (collections, evidence, notes, drafts) is preserved for at least 30 days after cancellation.
What happens if my payment fails?＋
Stripe retries automatically for a few days. During that window your access continues. If it fails permanently your account moves to a read-only mode and your personal work is preserved. Reactivation is one click.
Do you offer refunds?＋
Cancelling stops future renewals immediately. Refunds are handled per our Terms of Service and applicable EU consumer law.
